Eden-Blessed Guards is nice yes

25-26k arrow storms may not seem like a lot actually it really isn't a lot lol, but with 9mr you can spam spells quickly enough to deal good DPS and solo everything.

I put Ornate Shadow Garb, Megabyte, Necklace of a Thousand Storms so that I can effectively dual-wield Gale's Force and Torrential Tide, but feel free to switch them out for other equipment if you wanna wield one weapon only, or if you do not have those items yet (for example Chef Hamsey's Apron, Stillwater Blue, Vortex Bracer, any of the Royal ___ Amulets, etc.)

lots of health regen, can dual wield hellstrand (might sound horrible but hellstrand is underrated imo), damage isnt sacrificed due to time rift

your edition uses nighthawk which probably makes arrow storm much better for you but i find time rift to be a lot more fun and chaotic while still dealing good damage

 

Personally, time rift will never be my thing but yeah that's just me :)

Also, nighthawk is very much my thing but yeah that's also just me :)

you can do way better, but "better" depends on your other stats.
