Assassin/Ninja Speed Armor/assessorys

i need a assassin that can run fast like (example: outspeed a white horse-chestnut horse or the fastest walk speed for an assassin levels 1-120 meaning like spider armor for levels 10-20, 21-30, etc) i need to know what armor/assessorys to use (armor/assessorys for any level)

i wonder what the best stealing+walking speed assessorys/armor build is for all classes (like for lvls 30-40, 50-60, 70-80, and 90-100+)
because i just found out that stealing makes it where every time you hit a villager it drops emeralds (yes i know this has been a thing i kinda didn't notice untill now)
