I'm getting ready to get back into Wynncraft. I have a level 35 mage on it, only thing is that's from 2-3 years ago. I've forgotten everything from mechanics to map and I'm sure lots of stuff has been added in since then. I feel like I'd miss out on a lot and the learning curve would be steep.

Should I start clean from the beginning or try to pick up where I left off?

I would stay with your old account, but would make a new class so you can learn the basics

I would stay where you are, but get a horse (if you don't already have one), and just ride around. Get back into it. It's not that hard to get the feel of your character. Also level 35 isn't really punishing if you play poorly.

I advise using the online map - it is very helpful.
With all the new stuff added you would probably enjoy it much more, having the luxury of going some places without worrying about the hostile's.

    Anyway, that's just my opinion.

I'd probably run the tutorial and a few low level quests on another character (maybe shaman, which is one of those changes). Then decide if you want to continue your current playthrough or the new one (or just play through both).
