Werewolves

I'm trying to get werewolf tails so I can do the boss altar, but I've only found werewolves scarcely scattered one or two at a time across the Kander Forest. Is there anywhere where werewolves spawn in larger quantities?

If you have any advice, I'd appreciate it. It took me an hour to get 16 werewolf tails, so maybe I should just lootrun, but I have no idea where the chests are...

 

The Church in Kander forest normally has a few about and there's a cave near there full of them

you should get six a day as a hero so you can increase their spawn rates

 

Hmm, I checked out the House of Talor and the Dullahan Mansion but there was no cave nearby with many werewolves. The closest thing I got was a Kanderstone mining spot with 1-3 werewolves. Am I looking in the wrong spots?

 

Sadly that's the place I'm talking about, werewolves are super low spawn chance and the best spots are there, mob totems are really your best bet on doing this sometime tonight lol
