Archer/Hunter Help Should I Use Greedy In My Build?

Hello!
When I was poking around in the trade market, I saw a fabled item with the trait of Greedy. I'm fairly certain that it said that when you pick up emeralds or items from mobs you kill, you would heal 15% max health. Unfortunately, the item was then bought and I can't remember its name. So my question is, what is the name of this item, and would it be useful in a vampire build?

you should use it definitely if you have good stealing because it really carries you through a lot.

Sorry, what is stealing? Is that loot bonus, or something separate? I've been gone a while(and I may take you up on the offer if I can't find one in shop, thanks!)

 

stealing is a % chance of getting emeralds upon hitting a mob, as opposed to killing it
