Didn’t I give you a decent build in your thread? Anyway, if you rly want fully neutral damage you could slap procrastination on a heavy melee build but elemental defence is negligible to heavy melee due to how hard it hits on each hit so the build on the other thread
Also neutral damage sucks as it is incredibly hard to boost neutral damage

 

Oh right did not realise element defence worked like that, I thought it reduced by a percentage (or sometimes fully nullified)

You can use infused hive powdered rainbow which is better

uhhh if I remember correctly, Yahya - The Final Form deals practically 0 damage. Also, when you reach that stage, your quest book says to "escape the wrath of Yahya" not "Kill the fearsome Yahya"
