I know draoi is gamer, but at the same time I feel like you probably don't need draoi fair on that build with 10mr, maybe use double Summa rings for extra stats instead?

 

Spellcosts exist, builds are meant to be as practical as possible. Summa gives much less real-world benefit than draoi in this case. 3/2/1/2 is completely different from 2/2/1/1.

 

You probably won't run out of mana with 11mr and 3/2/1/2, but that's up to you I suppose

 

It's pure, 1 cost meteor is deceiving. You want to be spamming them all the time and mana is precious. There's a reason it's a practical choice.

 

Replace adder stone with contrast, it's better in just about every way…
