A good example of why (properly implemented) motion controls are crucial for a decent first person anything experience on a controller; aiming with a stick alone is objectively terrible. With good motion controls, stick aiming is made much more doable due to more precise control and a more natural experience.

Not to brag, but I can easily solo the Eye without skill pots using a PS3 controller
