The second prize goes to @Bart_MC. His explanation on hint3 and 4 really gave me a new perspective two look at these hints. Amazing work!
The third prize goes to 0riginal_name_. He got the same answer as Bart yet he submitted his answer 10 minutes later than Bart did. Not bad!

As the winner of the special prize, I'm still mulling because it's a prize for people who came up with creative explanation of the riddles. I think I need more time to think about winners of this award. xD

By the way, there are four correct codes. They are 199 5681250 4222 1692 / 163 5681250 4222 1692 / 199 5681250 4222 2000 / 163 5681250 4222 2000

Hint 1 means the biggest prime number on the durability of the crafted items. So if you look at the repaired durability, then your answer should be 199, if you consider the current durability, it should be 163.

Most of you got hint 2 correct. It's the cost of rerolling a weathered to [6]

Hint 3 and Hint 4 are related to a sign above a lava pit in rodoroc. If you head to the coords highlighted on the weathered (Which is 1040-5208 and 1040, 27, -5208 in game) .
It reads (sry i dont have any screenshots):

And in Minecraft, red's color code is §4, green's color code is §2, so it should be 4 2 2 2.

Hint 5 is the identifying cost of a discoverer, which is 1692 by default, or the -hp on disco when it was first released, which was -2000. But given the fact that the final code contains numbers only, it should be 2000 instead of -2000
