Sorry in advance if I sound rude. I'm a little salty because my 10+ hours of grinding now means little to nothing.

I just logged onto Wynncraft again after 2-3 months. I was completely caught of guard when I saw that 70% damage reduction on my Galloping Spurs.

When were they nerfed? Why were they nerfed so unbelievably hard? I mean, they're pretty hard to get for those who aren't loaded with stacks of LE, so I never would have expected for it to get a nerf this harsh. 70% damage penalty? I thought that if it were to get a nerf, it would be a 30% damage penalty, at most. 70% is waaaay to much imo.

I understand that it gives players a huge movement benefit while being able to attack, but most players can easily get that same mobility with the archer's spell and decent walk speed boots.

So now we're back to not being able to ride a horse and attack at the same time, unless we want our damage dealt to be the equivalent to the sneeze of a butterfly. We should be able to attack while riding without those boots, tbh.

uh by the way, some things
    A. Galloping spurs always had that damage reduction, it just didn't say so in game
    B. It's not quite 70% damage reduction, it's -70% Spell Damage and -70% Melee Damage (not sure if Poison is affected tho, never used them myself). It's not really as significant as it sounds (not to mention, it doesn't affect raw damages at the current point in time, meaning upstack or whatever tf you wanna call it builds are still very strong).

Additionally to what others have said here, while on a horse you are much harder to hit and do not take knockback. This is way too overpowered to have a mere 30% melee and spell reduction, and even as said it's not actually 70% reduction, its just a stat change.

Okay, things are making more sense. Again, sorry about this rude little rant. I'll have my research be much more thorough the next time I make a thread like this.

    What do you mean with
“they’re pretty hard to get for those that aren’t not loaded with stacks of LE”?
They cost only a few (1-3) le last time I checked.
