I use Warding Flare as a reaction to cancel out their advantage with disadvantage as a blinding flash surrounds Kyleas for a moment.

 

"Alright, I'll check on her later then.."

I turn around and walk off.
"What else did I plan to do today.? I think I'll look for that merchant, she might have some information or local gossip."

I run up to help Kyelas, and specifically Kyelas.
Three attacks, all on the bone rats.

Moccasin 1: 18 + 7 = hit
Damage 1: 5 + 4 = 9

Moccasin 2: 8 + 7 = 15
Damage 2: 3 + 4 = 7

Moccasin 3: 8 + 7 = 15
Damage 3: 4 + 4 = 8

Three swift and deadly kicks right to the rats.
If this kills early, I just transfer the 2nd/3rd attack to the giant rat.

 

Yeah that causes it to go back to a NAT 1, so @Florfy5 no damage

(Also, it's not that I'm trying to keep you away from Ara, but that with what's going on in the house, the angel would try to deter visitors.)

Yeah, roll relation. I forget if we made it a history check or charisma. Maybe charisma-based history check?

 

Idk how that would work.

Alas crouches, and fire 2 Eldritch Blast between Caligo's legs to hit the rats.

Damages :
1 + 5 = 6

Caligo's legs are dead now. (2d10 : 1 and 2, 2d20 : 1 and 2. Alas, the next God of Luck)

 

Basically it's a charisma check, but you add your history proficiency

If you attacked either of the swarms you would have hit. But... you miss the giant rat.
