Store Items Not Going Through

    I was told through email to contact staff on server if my items had not gone through in 10-15 minutes. After messaging the on-server staff and not getting any reply I came here. In game name is SamYouWellE and the item I bought was Hero rank. I have an email verifying the purchase but it's been almost an hour and it hasnt gone through.

    If you scroll down on the home page for the forums you’ll find a section that says ‘Staff Online Now’. If you start a conversation with one of them on the forums they should be able to help you.
