Scribing Can This Be Better

Made this war scroll, so the duration and charges don’t really matter, as long as it can survive throughout an entire war (~5-7 min). Could someone please help me improve this, since I can’t find any solution :/ I want to get consistent rolls above 65% but I also want the duration to be ~5 min.
This may be impossible but who knows, maybe someone can figure something out.

Aight so 12 min effective duration, and a 2% increase in damage. It's not much, but it IS an improvement...

 

Ah, I forgot to say I want these 5-7 min on one charge

 

How come? It only takes like a second to take it out of your inv, into your hotbar and click it once, especially if you use hotkeys

 

Yeah but that’s a second that the mobs can damage you. It doesn’t seem like much but when 30 Rangers are shooting at you, it’s a problem xD

 

I mean most wars nowadays are just 1ks... Usually only lvl50s as well so they deal 0 dmg. Plus ur most likely not gonna get 1 tapped in 2 seconds, if so then your build has a problem. Just carry heal pots or stand on a building top/corner and you'll be more than fine

1st recipe looks good, but I’m using a spell spam build so I would say I have enough mr xD
