The Saddest First Mythic

(I am well aware of the no refund policy and am not asking to get back my mythic that I lost)

So a few minutes ago, I opened my daily rewards chest and was met with this.


First mythic, hurray. Time to increase my wealth by 10x, right? I quickly put it in my inventory, and loot the rest of the chest. One thing I noticed was that the emeralds did not stack in my inventory, but I was too overcome with excitement to actually put two and two together and realised that I was lagging. Close my inventory, the mythic is happily sitting in my inventory. As I begin to parade this on discord, the game stops lagging and everything I had claimed from my daily reward vanished from my inventory. Including the mythic.

RIP Lament, I am still lamenting over your loss. Pretty sad that my first mythic ended up like this, obviously it wasn't the best mythic and I can always just lootrun for another 20 years to find another, but I'm still really bitter about this and I just needed to vent. Have a good day.

Ouch, that hurts. Havent got a mythic myself but I can feel your pain

 

People don't realize it's so much better to never have a mythic than to find/buy one and then lose it. Feel bad for you. Hope you find another!

It so, so sucks to lose a mythic. I've done it before, thinking it was a Rare as I only hovered over it lightly with my mouse (this was before unidentified items looked like colored chest heads) but I had myself to blame then, whereas it was the fault of lag here. I really hope you find another one.
