    I think he means:
    -You send him a screenshot
    -He traces the outlines(buildings, trees, NPCs, etc.)
    -He sends you the trace

    say you have a picture of a mountain. To trace it, you would draw the outline of the mountain and any other features large enough to be outlined. Think of it like a skyline without buildings, just the shape of the buildings in place of them
