Hmm, good idea…

 

Wearing the chestplate in itself would kill you because of the negative HP

 

It would just stick your hp at 1 I think as I'm fairly sure -hp items don't actually kill you

 

Okay so I first thought this could be neat because of all the random IDs
Then I realized agility divzer is now possible so no no no no no no no

 

I know this was posted a while ago, but the hpr is easily counterable with nether's scar and some other minor hpr% items. I would nerf the raw hpr and buff the hpr% to warp levels, maybe a bit higher.

Also, even for a meme weapon like that the damage is literally trash, worse than a level 65 legendary

damage might be a little lower than i intended it to be oops, but im curious as to what legend youre talking about since this does almost as much as morrowind

the concept is similar yeah, but this wand is meant more for you to be airborne while you fight

 

but its not on shaman so it gives access to jump height an air damage for another class so why care about that?

 

thought it was a relic lol nvm although the dmg is still a bit low imo

 

Divzer has -550 agility and my thing has +500, so you end up with -50, and even if that can come above zero, you're still stuck with 1 hp
