In 2025, The shaman mythics and legendaries will finally have their own lores.

You are ok with what happened, losing, imperfection of a craft. When you stop getting angry after dying in LI, you’ve lost twice. There’s always something to learn, and always room for improvement, never settle.
also atlas inc will be officially partnered with the wynncraft dev team to feature bald builds.

As much as we all love Wynncraft, in 2025 the amount of players actually on regularly is going to be so small that the creators will simply have no use to have an update. While updates do increase the player count, they can not be produced quick enough to save the Wynnic community. That being said, along with Dern and Fruma, the Olux gate will also provide a new province, one of pure light and divinity. It has been sealed off from gavel but has decided to open its gates as its running out of supplies and seeks help from the other provinces and the player. The other 2 elements mentioned in a journey beyond will likely be added as well to create some more diversity in play style, the elements being light and dark. And to remain their exclusivity will only be granted to those who “finish” Dern and are given the choice to dark or light, similar to point of no return.

 

Uhh, do you know the lore of that gate? a few villagers in Olux point out it belongs/built by snake people, probably the Nagas found in the swamps. Also, I think they should start working on the Realm of Light because currently it's a contentless, glass mushroom realm that only has a fetch quest for the tiny amount of things it has.

in 2025, we will finally know what the hell our orgin was in wynncraft, also there should be a guild update soon so people can actually do stuff that isn't guild war stuff, (guild housing or like guild areas where people can just chill) Wynncraft would bring the old wizard fortress back, there would be cool world events in game that enriches the worlds enviorment even more, Wynncraft would finally have a actually not boring tutorial hopefully, Nether would be reopened, they finally made the cap of people to 75 people again because they had a bug patch update as well. Corrupted dungeons have been given actual lore and gavel is mostly revamped. Then for somereason wynncraft added actually pets that can stat boosts you for fun, yes they will die if you weren't being careful, there would be fun utlity stuff to mess with, maybe even some seasonal events! (like craftmas but its 100 % always going to happen) Like in spring we can go hunt for bees or have mini events that gifts us stuff I dunno.

Warrior will finally be seen as an equal class. Offhand slot will be used for some extra ability or thingy (perhaps dual classing :o?) Wynncraft as a whole will be much more popular due to recognition from streamers. A 5th tier horse will be added, new mythics (duh), Ids, major ids and the elemental system will be revamped or improved. Users will have the ability to make their own dungeons in a separate build world and place mobs wherever they want, no exp or items will be reward however and perhaps the builds will be voted on and added into the real wynncraft world. A theatrical build generator will be made in game so you can test any items with anything in the actual game (and not on wynndata, perhaps for hero rank only). Inflation will occur in small amounts for emeralds and the cheap mythics will increase in price.

Year: 2025

Wynncraft is nothing but a fading memory. Wherever the server was being hosted from has been blasted to atoms in the mass nuclear missile strike that turned the entire Western hemisphere, and most of the Eastern hemisphere, into nothing but a lifeless, uninhabitable crater. This, of course, very slightly offsets Earths gravity, and gets rid of a few global level issues, the only somewhat positive side to this crisis. Nearly all of the remaining living humans left on this new hell of a planet are either dying, or doomed to die. Wildlife as we know it is almost completely extinct, save for a few "lucky" ones. Any remaining animals or plants are most likely radioactive, thus not fit to eat. War swallows what remains of the Earth whole. All lingering nations are left fighting each other until they are mutually destroyed, and uninhabitable. Those not about to die from the nuclear blasts, or the war, have fled to Antarctica, which is rapidly warming and melting into the ocean, which itself has risen immensely. Those select few are currently working on a rocket ship to travel to the next closest inhabitable planet, hoping to start anew. Will they make it before the Earth goes back to its original state, devoid of any and all life whatsoever? It is not important. The only thing that matters is life, as we knew it, is dead, buried, and decomposed. We did not heed the warnings. We did not listen to the signs that have been taunting us like a candy on a string, always ever slightly out of reach, for the past four years. Now we suffer the consequences for our ignorance, our blindness. A never-ending loop, maybe. Who's to say that this is the first time?

Unto dust, we have returned.

You never expected to meet the Fruman Queen.

Not that you'd ever thought it was impossible, but you? You're just a farmer, one of the few blue-collar landowners in the entire province. People like you don't get to meet the Queen; it just doesn't happen.

And yet here you are. Standing before the door to the throne room, straw hat in hand, tapping one foot against the polished quartz flooring. You'd heard from one of the guards that it was imported from Gavel, a province where humans can make more money than you've ever seen in your life. You laughed at him -- there aren't any provinces outside the walls.

You let loose a cough, and your eyes trace the polished wood of the throne room's door. How much longer are they going to make you wait? It's an honor to meet royalty, sure, but the tension arcing through your body like electromagic is starting to take its toll. Sweat beads on your forehead, and despite the chill of the air your face feels uncomfortably hot.

One of the two nearby guards shoots you a pointed look, silently urging you to be quiet. You haven't met any friendly ones yet, but these people are the best fighters in the province, so surely there's got to be a few heroes among them.

"Heroes" -- now there's a word probably worth forgetting. Whispered legends and myths tell of powerful humans, roaming the plains of Fruma in search of people to help. Nobody could ever pin down names or tales, though. Not many put stock into the legends anyways.

There's a sudden creak as the wide palace doors open -- they're at least nine times your height, and six times your width. A courier, dressed in the fine purple clothes of a Fruman noble, pokes his head from the opening and shoots you a meaningful glance, beckoning you over with one hand.

You jump -- thank the Queen you don't scream -- and one of the guards snorts. With as much bravery as you can muster, you stride with faux confidence to the doors, shooting the courier a wide smile that doesn't reach your eyes.

The massive doors shut with an ominous thump behind you, prompting another flinch from you. They probably weigh more than your entire crop harvest this year combined.

"Remember to bow before her Majesty," the messenger says to you quietly.

You nod. Despite the fact his voice was barely above a whisper, the words bounce eerily around the hallway you've arrived in. You repress a shiver as the courier beckons you down the hall.

Your mouth drops wide open when you finally reach the stairs to the throne. They're pure gold, gilded with lilies made out of what must be diamond; the breath escapes your lungs as it occurs to you that a single step is worth more than you are.

"YourmajestyI'vebroughtthefarmerasrequested," the noble says, too fast for you to really understand. He kneels, and you follow suit, stumbling over yourself in a bid to get to the ground as quickly as possible.

The voice that speaks next is lofty, but strangely soft. It reminds you of the voices your sister used to give to her dolls, with a little extra tenor.

"You're late," it -- surely that can't be the Queen? -- growls.

"My sincerest apologies, Your Majesty, there wa-"

"I don't care why," it says, bored, "just don't let it happen again."

You can practically hear the noble sweating, but he manages to nod excitedly before turning to leave. "Oh, thank you, Your Grace, endless in your mer-"

"GO."

He scurries out of the room like his robe's on fire, and at last it's just you and the Queen. Your heart drums in your chest like a one-man-band.

"Welcome, farmer. I've sen-"

Your mother always taught you that first impressions were important, and introducing yourself to the Queen seems like a reasonable idea. "Actually, my name i-"

The Queen raises a hand -- somehow, you know, despite your eyes being inches from the floor -- and you feel a tingling in your hand. It evolves into a burning sensation up your arm more painful than anything you've ever felt.

A scream escapes your lungs. You can't help it; it's like thousands of snakes are biting your right side in unison. Keeling over into a fetal position, you watch as your arm is bathed in sickeningly pale light. Each finger dissolves noiselessly into the luminescence.

It's over just as quickly as it started. Your vision is blurry and the throne looks like it's spinning, but you can tell with certainty that the Queen has just vaporized your arm with Light magic. Ragged groans and coughs come forth from your form, and it takes all the willpower you have left to smother another scream.

The Queen sneers. "You will not speak out of turn." She calls for the guards, gesturing to your limp body. "I'll let you have some time to recuperate, and then I'll make my offer."

A pair of guards meander over to you -- they're rough, uncaring of your injury. The stump that was once your arm isn't leaking any blood, but it still burns when one of them hoists you up by it. Another groan slips past your lips.

All you can see as they drag you away is your hat, a speck of tan against the sea of quartz flooring.

Damn. This would be the clear winner so far (in my opinion) but it doesn't really follow the prompt at all :(
