Now fabled items aren't stat boosted legendarys they are unique items that promote strange play styles

Create a fabled Item and instead of a Community report I will do a review about some of the best Items and what make them so great.

a WFA necklace which is rather plain but it’s somewhat neat and not overly gimmicky(underrated archetype)

This rainbow/quad helmet is quite interesting
At each category(ele defs, ele defs%, ele dmg%,sp req,sp bonus), 1 element has double the amount of others while 1 other element has 0 in that category

Earth:+ele dmg%(self explanatory)
0 raw ele defs(also self explanatory, shatterglass ,buster bracer, post ultima, warchief)

thunder:+sp(dexterity somewhat means skill)
0 ele defs%(reference to how water spell builds have horrible thunder defence, or thunder items in general have bad elemental defences)

water:+req(it takes a lot of prowess to be deemed intelligent) @LarzLapiz
0 sp bonus(you got brains, but no skill)

fire:+defs%(self explanatory)
0 ele dmg%(self explanatory)

Air:+raw ele defs(moontower, dreamcloud, gemini, eden, heph, boreal, albedo)
0 reqs(just using agi to dodge attacks, no skill required)

it is interesting and serves as a great compliment to morph at that level. The massive sp, ele defs% and earth damage% makes it somewhat? usable endgame(rainbow slap)
Just an idea, it doesn’t rly excel in endgame and has too low health to be paired with rainbow sanc which does its job too well

Heavy spell meteor wand:

 

Tried my hand at melee archer
Noticed the unused knockback id so I thought, hey why not use knockback to keep mobs off of you but the drawback is no arrow shield.

Does anyone know that if you have +20 (or more) spell cost if you can cast the spell for 20 mana once or if you just can't cast at all?

Anyways here's a few things ive made in the past without to much in depth looks at balance (just for fun stuff)
The air temple in canyon of the lost currently serves little purpose so I made three neat chest plates to go with some quest/merchant that could be added there.
https://wynndata.tk/ci/390163257 First is "Monk's Robe of Alleviation" With a major id that when you reach 10% hp your health regen tick automatically triggers (only once and has a long cool down (like 5 min))

How balanced are these....well...erm...badly. But I just made them for fun and maybe someone would like to attempt to abuse them to show how broken they really are :P

This here the "Dogun shaman's headpiece" https://wynndata.tk/ci/264133829 for some nice -raw and mana support as t/f/a support is very sad right now...In my testing this one almost felt underwelming (and i suppose maybe the -spells should be %s not raw) but we will see i guess.

This here is the "tempest set" that I made I thought could be obtained somehow in the fortune teller quest in the sky. The major id for each of these armors is that each armor has transcendence but for only one spell. (helm 1st spell, chest 2nd spell, ect) and yeah having only one per character at a time seems fair in my opinion.

Made these non boreal hpr boots as well. Mainly as a cross between boreal and resurgence and it gives kinda the best of both in a fabled item. I Personally didn't feel the need for much of a damage penalty because that -water def is just so insane and unless you build purely water/defense you just cant counter that, also then added just one powder slot to make countering that -water more difficult and so you can't stack as many armor powder specials for extra damage.

Lastly is this weird thing kinda like divzer but not. Endgame ya got torrental as a good but not great water bow and no good thunder bow...so i put both in one bow.

Also if i can find my heavy spell stuff and rainbow mythic and rainbow fabled boots ill update this post.

 

I assume you're talking about my raw spell meteor wand, it should lock you out of casting any spell but meteor

 

I really just meant in general because it would be quite nice to make items with raw spell costs high enough the spells always just cost 20 as opposed to being unusable at times. But yeah if it locks it out that's not bad too I suppose.
