I'd say the 4th phase of The Eye is the hardest part as the boss can either melee you, teleport through you, wave spell you, and summon the most minions at you. Thank god for near max agi.

50th successful run; 4th* try.
(1st and 2nd: Died by first mini-boss in the 9-room part.
3rd: 1st phase of The Eye.
3.5th: Somehow the server lagged and upon joining in a new world, my 3rd death became untrue and it put me back into the boss room. Died on 3rd phase.
4th: This attempt.)

Can't use Grandmother because it gives +70 agi, and can't use Alka CometFlinger because no -hpr for 1hp without having to sacrifice a ton of damage for -hpr gear.
