I don't know what he used but crafting like this is always pricey. I can only see that he used tier 3 dernic ingredients (6 dernic ingot and 12 dernic string) These Tier 3 materials alone cost 25 le or more... so I would say it a good price

 

well more like 3 ingot and 6 string since crafting without speed bombs isnt very reasonable

Guaranteed over 100% fire dmg, 134 def req and t3 dernic so not even that bad on mats like probably 15~14 LE (during bomb but let's be real who smart doesn't use bombs to craft good stuff)

 

I think thats not realistic. Only those 2 Elephenk Trunks cost 7 le together... the materials (Tier 3) also at least 10 le...
