Hmm, well, in theory, then we do indeed have space left for the Corrupted ones.
Here's a rudimentary chart of what dungeon concepts appear to have been scrapped/saved and place levels for them (keep in mind this spacing is more or so based off the level spacing of normal dungeons, not Corrupted variants):
Dullahan's Castle; Lvl 66 (The Headless Hunt)
Orphion's Seal; Lvl 75 (The Realm Of Light)
Challenge Of The Elements; Lvl 84 (Somewhere in the CotL)
This is where we start making up dungeons,
Ashen Entropy; Lvl 93 (In one of the volacanoes of the Upper Molten Heights)
Forgotten Sanctuary; Lvl 99 (Similar to the shrines and temples scattered in the Sky Islands)

 

hippity hoppity your free time is now the content team’s property

 

Bak’al is technically a corrupted human, so imo he should stay as a player (human) model

 

We need a better dungeon name than “Dullahan’s Castle”. Anyone got any ideas?

 

Sky Islands has Wind Fortress lore everywhere, and level 99 is conspicuously missing a quest.

Well, we know about the Kaians and the Angels, I suppose they're two races of some sort, perhaps they could be related somehow? After all, a Kaian fort is surrounded by a bunch of Angels. Also I suppose the dungeon could be Lvl 99

"Prison Of Souls" is already a name taken by a boss altar, maybe "Restless Stronghold"?

 

They really need to give Bak'al an origin story, who was he? Is he in control of himself? Is he willingly serving for the Corruption?

Lastly, skins in case anyone wants them
I just cut out the Blinder mob's body,

cut out the All-Seeing Witness' body,

copied the Sated Glutton's eye on its torso onto its empty face and cut their body as well,

copied a part of the Blinder's body and pasted it into the face section

and finally just cutting the body of the Sated Glutton to get a darker version of the Blinder's "skin" to use for the feet, neck and tail to make them stand out out and more visible
