Mage/Dark Wizard Water/air Build Needed

Hello! As the title says, I am in need of a Water/Air build for my Mage. I am currently Level 93, but for your recommendations you can use gear above my level. That way, I know what I should aim for in the future!
Right now my build has a 13/4 Mana Regen and a 75% reduction to spell cost (My Intelligence is around ~120). A goal for my Water/Air build would be to have a high Mana Regen and Intelligence, if possible.

I should also be able to apply a healthy dose of Tier IV+ Powders to my items as well, so if the build you suggest requires Powders it should not be an issue.

As a final note, I cannot afford any Mythics, nor do I expect to find one with good ID's- so please do not include any in your suggestions.

i should mention you currently have very low hp for your level, overkill mana and low damage

 

You need a wand upgrade, nepta floodbringer works
Memento works,
Replace anamnesis with third eye or whitecap crown from hive
Dreamcloud replace with soul signal
Crystal can be replaced with ehoole drakeskin or dark channeler

 

Which Memento should I use?

You could use the other one for more xp when grinding but doesn’t make a huge difference

Cool build, but I don't really like the lower Intelligence and negative Mana Regen.

 

The reason that build has negative mana regen is because it uses Lunar Spine. Which is a weapon that has negative mana steal and regen, but it relies on one spell doing enough damage to kill basically anything

 

That is a nice plus, but it doesn't really suit my style of play. I guess that I prefer spell spamming with high Mana Regen instead!

Update on my gear: I replaced my Chestplate with a 6/4 Mana Regen Aquarius! For my Wand, I want a Nepta Floodbringer, but the ones in the Trade Market have horrible ID's. I might try buying one on here later.

 

This isn't how lunar spine works. It has positive mana steal and relies on meleeing to get all your mana back and then spell spamming quickly as your mana drains. That's why it's considered to be one of the most unique weaps in the game. (Correct me if im wrong)

 

For my wand, would a crafted alternative be viable? I saw a Level 98 Wand in the Trade Market today that gave:
52% Spell Damage
+23 Intelligence
+13% Earth Resist
-26% Main Attack Damage

It had another minor and irrelevant debuff, and I might have gotten the last two stats on that list wrong, but the first two are for sure correct. It costs a little over 7 LE, and I can afford it (Barely). Should I should buy it?

Just use Nepta for water, Morrowind when you get to 96 for air or Lunar Spine for both.
