Shaman/Skyseer Help How To Build With Black Abyss

Very interesting item because it requires 55 dex but takes away 100 dex if you hold it.

I wonder how the community build with it?

wynndata completely ignores weapon skill points bonus when calculating whether or not a build is usable or not. i.e. what weapon you hold doesn't matter, you cannot hit 90 strength 55 dexterity 100 intelligence

 

(that's because you can't...)

 

Well shit. At least I only have to replace Taurus with a chesplate that has a lower Str Requirement
