For those that are curious, my data sheet collection on this can be found here. We both discussed on why this may be happening, but my current theory seems to be anything with over 100% stealing REDUCES item drop rate. Perhaps this is new.

 

Are you joking or being serious? Scroll up and you'll see that it requires millions of pots to be broken to increase your chances of a Mythic, not a few hundred! Besides, that's not even the maximum amount of loot bonus in the game! Have you tried using loot quality? No! You breaking a few hundred pots using not even the maximum amount of loot bonus proves NOTHING, besides, what makes you more of a trusted person than OP? Nothing, it's very ignorant to assume that on some rather rudimentary experimenting that you'll manage to recreate a scenario that has a chance of occurring in the millions in order to "prove" that this thread is just clout, you treat your "proof" like fact when it clearly doesn't contribute anything.

@Benjin You probably don’t know, but, loot bonus and loot quality do not affect the chance of items falling from pots.

It is known by many that it is possible to get items from pots, identifications aside, youre just wrong and shouldnt start going at other people when they say youre wrong. Utter Childish....

 

I spent 40 minutes on pot farming in order to become a true pot farmer and you got it by accident, congrats! You are the legendary pot farmer!

And I can’t believe everyone on the Internet. You are completely unfamiliar to me. I could calmly create a thread and say that I got mythic from the pot. I don’t think you could believe me. No video-no evidence. The fact that you received the mythic from the pot is empty words for me.
Also know that you can get items from the pots, and what happens on the video error in the game itself. I was wrong about the fact that you can’t get items from the pot, but the fact that you can’t prove that you get your myth from the pot is a fact.

It’s not considered necroposting if the op bumps it within 3 months. Others can only bump it within 1 month. Unless that changed, you could also ask a mod too.

He sent me data on this, and it’s actually quite interesting. It seems as though the theory where anything over 100% stealing reduces the items you get until 0%. There’s enough data from him to prove this. I’ll update my datasheet in a few hours. I don’t blame him from jumping into conclusions with no item drop though.

Anyone willing to test this theory out with exactly 200% and anywhere between 150-199%? I can’t do 200% :(

I understand what youre saying, I cant prove it, Im sorry i dont record the trip between Ice Barrows runs while i casually break pots, but first you go and go at someone for not knowing something and than suddenly agree and switch your point. As I said, I cant prove it but why TF would I lie about it, have a Little trust in humanity here XD. Well you can choose to not believe but thats your thingy my guy. Lying about something like this isnt something I would do, I know you dont know me but like, just leave it be.

And I mean its okay not to know me, thats fair, but like dont just go harass and call out lies when you dont even know the people..

 

I already said that I was wrong about the drop of items from the pots. I thought CMD forgot to add new items to the pots and therefore they do not drop. It turns out this problem is just for me> _ <
