increase mana? you can't increase the amount of mana you have, do you mean intelligence? or something else?
anyway there are no ingredients for jeweling that have mana regen until level 50, so unfortunately that's not possible

Dead Naval Shards are very easy to gather, since they are a tier 0 ingredient

Since you only specified mana regen, I assumed you wanted a spell build so I added some spell damage. If you want some more specific (like water damage) tell me and I can make it better.
