Also I'm pretty sure Amulet of Rejuvenation just fucks up any build, just put it on and your build is literally unusable, it's meant to be only a thing you wear to regen for like 2 seconds and take off immediately

 

NPC's dont deal damage, they just regen.
This build is a complete meme meant for healing others/regenerating your own hp.

 

Thats actually a good build... imagine a party of players which wants to beat the eye... all of them have no defense and there is no mage... its ...its good?

You are not an NPC, you are a literal healing station (which they won't add) in a city

 

I had no idea that the build actually made you a regen station, that's fundamentally better than Heal

 

Imagine healing more than you have health

 

There’s another use for the Amulet, staying under water. The -ws does not come into effect underwater and you can swim normally, i.e. Seavale Reef.
