    What are the points of Misc. and Junk items? I don't know whether I should keep them or not.

    Just throw them out usually, a few are used in quests, but most are just remnants of an older Pre-1.18 Update Wynncraft. If you find any that aren't used in any quests and you know where you got them, try reporting them to this forum post to have the content team remove them.
