    Mana steal build, since I have so much intel and spells cost so little it's easier to manage.

    Because that doesn't become a worry anymore .Mana Steal in my opinion is a lot more enjoyable than mana regen in builds I make, especially for pve and boss soloing. And it lets me focus on damage more without worrying about mana.
