I mean the way i got mine was from the daily reward, so honestly, it really is that simple. Just open every single chest, daily objective, daily reward, t1s and t2s, it increases your chances a lot. But there is still a good chance you wont ever get one, which is a bit sad.

What im wondering is what is the drop rate? I was told 7 in 1,000,000.
