    I am currently trying to complete The House Of Twain quest, but the third ghost in the garden doesnt spawn...
    Ive tried relogging, restarting, switching servers ect.
    I have the ghostly ingredient and quill, but the third ghost wont spawn so I cant get the third one I need to proceed.

    Try walkuig back into the house and triggering the tripwire, ive issues with this quest sometimes too.
