Archer/Hunter Facetank Build

Basically, the goal of this build is to stack on as much Health, Walk Speed , Defense, and Agility as possible, then essentially just run into a group of mobs and start shooting wildly and casting spells without a care in the world.

This is the build I will eventually use, and I have a strict requirement to have 0 or less Intel.

 

What kind of build is this...

 

it looks kinda like if u took a good build but replaced every item with a worse one

 

Excuse me, sir, but I am new to class building and wanted to create a build that would cost minimal effort for me to make, featuring only dungeon/quest items, hive merchant items, and items I already own. If you have any ideas on how to improve this build while meeting the criteria, please, inform me of such improvemts.

Seeing you are new to class building here is where I would start. Given Gale is your bow I would build around Water/Thunder/Air for the highest damage but lacking defense, or Earth/Air/Water for more sustainability. I would just look up air items on wynndata to find what else would fit into the build keeping mana regen and defenses somewhat in mind. I'd recommend at least 7 mana regen or 9 mana steal from personal experience. A gale build with t6 powders should be hitting around 9.5k bombs minimum but realistically you can push that number up towards 12k. (side note even if you aren't planning on using all t6 put them on the weapon in wynndata cause it gives a good idea of how much damage you will deal.) with the trademarket also your builds can be very cheap if they are not super tight on mana ids or whatnot (i for one tend to be a stickler for good items and that can get pricey...)

For example the "meta air slap" build https://wynndata.tk/s/zce046 will probably run you no more than about 5le with just meh ids (just 2/4mr on dream and capri) and should be reasonable as a build. Of course stronger builds will be more costly but you can mess around on wynndata to find what you like. If 5le is not affordable for you then use morph set or 7/8 morph with whatever you want.

Sorry if I didnt make it clear enough earlier, but to me, the water element and therefore Intel is completely off-limits to me. If it must have anything relating to water, it must not require an Intel minimum or be the main focus of the item. I have set in stone that my Archer will run a Fire-Thunder-Air theme.

Perhaps I should now actually describe what I want in a build:
Fire/Air Damage
Defense/Agility/Dexterity
Walk Speed
Thorns/Reflection
Both Melee & Spell Damage
Lifesteal
HP Regen
Things I would prefer to at least not be negative:
Strength
Mana Steal/Regen
Spell Costs
This I dont care about:
Intelligence
Water Damage/Defense

(Preferably Id like 3 builds for different level stages: ~60, ~80, ~105)
Level 60 Requirements:
Must Include Dragons Eye Bracelet, Mirrors Edge, and Seven League Boots.
Level 80 Requirements:
None really
Level 105 Requirements:
Must Include Hephaestus Forged Sabatons and a piece of Ornate Shadow Armor.
Preferably, Gales Force as bow.

https://wynndata.tk/s/90ynjv Personal favourite, Hephaestus Forged Sabatons has -30 strength why strength. Anyways 11.8k bombs 4 mana, 8ms kinda lacking but whatever. Big defensive SP. Ornate shadow is used as filler, you don't need it in this build. If you don't care about the 5k melee (I wouldn't) use atlas.

- Strength doesn't decrease damage, Thorns/reflection are useless
