Galloping Spurs is such a fun item. The build u gave me last time worked until level 60, where I lacked the damage to kill most level 60 mobs. I'm here again to request for a higher levelled galloping spurs build.

Another friend of mine joined my group's playthrough so he also wants a build with galloping spurs. He is just the buffer right now but he wants to run in and distract mobs while the rest of my group does damage.

preferences: he ll have to stand close to make sure all arrows hit so he shouldn't die from one hit I guess

a standard level 90 return to ether build with almost 10k hp and a lot of agility you can arrow storm close up for a while before the mob can hit you
