Doesn't seem to be part of a questline that I know of
If anyone knows what this is and how to get the final dialogue 7/7 that would be great

Huh I found one thats not on there. You go to the Northwest side of Olux swamp, theres a cave with a fisherman. The dialogue goes something like this:

*Fisherman falls into pool*
Fisherman: Ah! You scared me!
*Fisherman gets out of pond*
Fisherman: Please leave me alone, this is my fish pond.
*Fisherman resumes fishing*

theres one on top of ahmsord too about a cheese merchant, imo the funniest one too

 

He’s not referencing the quests.
The dwarfs and doguns have been at war for hundreds of years so he was just referencing that and not necessarily the quests.

take all elevators possible on the ahmsord bank and eventually you'll get to the top of it, then interact with a guy in a shop full of cheese (if you cant find the guy, try to switch worlds, sometimes he doesnt appear)
