Is the mono or bi-element interesting?

 

Typically I would use whatever gear fits well and not care about elements at lower levels like 20-40. 40-50 is mainly air builds cause air items dominate the level then slap mana/water items (and rainbow items the build I gave you because the weapon is rainbow) onto those to make bi-elemental builds.
Beyond that, mono water works only at levels 60s cause of ultramarine set, but other element monos are quite unstable
Air mono does a decent amount of damage midgame and has decent items with walk speed but lacks spell sustain, which make them... not as good as air water
Earth mono is bad because good earth items are not pure earth and you get less survivability and sustain. EA/ETA raw melee stacking are good options for melee at any level and EW/EWA is decent for spell
Fire mono is fine if you don’t like dying but it’s not rly fun and you may get swarmed easily by mobs. WF is good
Thunder mono=glass cannon
You won’t get a lot of sustain as well
TA is quite fun at midgame
Basically the level ranges 40-60 don’t have enough skill points to go tri-element with water with good int for spell so those levels bi-element spell is good
If opting for melee, bi,tri, or quad all work well

but I am also too lazy to make a organised and tidy build for myself so here’s what I am using for my shaman:)
Honestly I just slap good items all over and it works. Elements don’t rly matter too much as long as there are enough skill points and it doesn’t hinder the weapon

 

A decent morrowind build for li solo, no li/mythics/ornate shadow/too expensive/crafted
