Second Wind, Ornate Shadow Garb, Breezehands, Flashfire ring and bracelet, Kindled Orchid, Heph Sabs, Dia Static Necklace? Alternatively could be Burnout/Contrast/Fractured for those slots.

Edit: Based on the health I'm pretty confident in saying Kindled Orchid, Ornate Shadow Garb, Second Wind, Burnout, Fractured, Flashfire Knuckle, Flashfire Gauntlet, and Contrast.

Well with health and regen, it's not that hard (assuming no crafteds)

 

But really anyone could've analysed your video and find the build through your video. For example, Madkurre analysed Jaydon’s The Eye build only through his video without needing any hint.

 

Okay but to be fair literally everyone guessed that build immediately, it's literally hpr stacking and then making optimizations
