The Urdulion Empire - A Dnd Campaign.

He looks 'fine'. A bit dirty and scared, but not wounded in any way.

The woman walks into the room.
She sees James, smiles and walks towards him.

 

I observe

 

I head over, keeping a sentinel's watch on the surrounding area.

 

She's approaches James and hugs him.
"I'm so glad you're still alive, James."

"What happened? We got back a few days ago and yesterday I heard about Conner being found dead in the inn." James replies.

"I think someone is out to kill us ever since we returned from our expedition. We might have stolen something valuable." The woman responds.

"You mean that artifact?" James replies.

"Artifact..?" The woman looks at James, confused.

 

Something's off...
'Ilina': "You guys found an artifact?"

 

"Yes, the artifact. An object of unknown metal? Very beautiful." James responds.

"You mean this thing?" The woman replies taking the pipe like object you saw earlier today out of her pouch.

"Yes. That's it. Please, give it back." James replies as he sees the object.

 

'Ilina': "Ah, ah, ah! Something does not feel right."
I pull her back by the shoulder.
"Don't you agree?" I ask the room

 

I start keeping an even better watch on the surrounding area.

 

"You told me I could have it, James. You thought it was just a piece of garbage. Some sort of shiny object people collect, like doves do with silver spoons." The woman replies.

"I don't remember saying that. It's valuable." James responds.

 

"Will you keep an eye on these two?" I ask the group

"I'm keeping an eye on the surroundings."

 

Only person in hall is blue

"Why? Isn't there supposed to be a joyful reunion or something that we should interrupt?"
Walk around and look at the stuff lying around. Especially the things I've never seen before in my village. I'm not doing anything at the moment, so I should familarize myself more.

 

'Ilina': "Does this look joyful to you? He's 'alive', but just listen to them."
I start looking around for anything unusual in the house.

 

I nod

A lot of the things here are familiar to you. Chairs, tables, bookshelves with books on them. Nothing to special for a living room.

 

I look in the room first

There's a table with some chairs. A sofa is placed in the room aswell.
There are some bookshelves with books on them. 'Treasure hunting 101', 'The spirit out of sight', 'Cooking for starters'; are a few books that are on the shelves.

Apart from that, the room seems normal.
