    A player by the name of @ntql has been advertising buying/selling stuff recently, it's raised my suspicions, is this against the rules or no? It's a pretty smart way to advertise, but he's the only one who's been using the method, it gives me a strange feeling, I messaged them in-game and he told me to buy the weapon posted there if I don't want it to be there, can't tell if it was comedic or sinister response, I told him to use discord, forums and shouts to advertise, he thanked me and we ended conversation, he seemed mostly friendly.

    I think you are not allowed to show off itens (flex) by putting them on the trade market for a ridiculously high price. Not sure though.

    The rule that states this is talking about the forum trade market section, it is completely fine on the ingame trade market

    I don't think it should be allowed because it gives players that have VIP+ rank or higher an advantage over the others which is a breach against the EULA.

    For those that wonder how shout bombs compare to putting named items on market, shout bomb is a one time use thing, unlike items that can be put on the market as frequent as you would like. There's a good reason why the market is anonymous, is to prevent other players to gain an unfair advantage.

    I agree, but I think that the market may be anonymous in order to make it harder for players to avoid the 5% tax when using the in game market.

    Its for both those reasons. Otherwise people with higher influence like Mods, GMs, especially YT’s will get more attention and an unfair advantage in selling things

    So remove the entire naming / loring / signing feature for donors?

    In the first place, I really don't know how well the EULA is defined, but the perk is not sold with the intention being an ingame advantage. I mean if you came down to it, you could argue that some normal weapon skins obstruct your vision and therefor the custom weapon skins from crates are an advantage... So I don't think it violates the EULA...

    Oh yeah, by that I meant super slow attack speed thunder daggers for example. Meleeing with those things takes up my entire screen for like 2 seconds ;-;

    iirc EULA is an advantage that is only available for certain players
    crates (surprise mechanics yay) are fine afaik, because anyone has a chance of getting the shit

    but you can't find signing abilities in a crate, and you only get it if you pay, so its an advantage to those that use hard currency for an in game advantage

    I think it EULA means advantage in a gameplay. Do you NEED it to play wynncraft? It is just a bonus that is supposed to customize your crafted weapons.
    There should be a rule called "No ingame trade market advertising" and "No extre overpricing with the intention of show off"
