Okay, so i have a question, if i wanted to make a lot of a certain potion, but didnt want to pay for/grind to Dern materials, could i just use the level 1 materials?

Like if i used... Gunpowder to make potions, but used gungeon oil and wheat grains, will that effect anything? Would a potion made with level 1 materials be any different in efficiency than compared to a potion with Dern oil and Dern grains? Even if they have the same ingredients?

You can only use ingridients that your materials can use.

That’s a bit confusing but it’s simpler to explain like this:

A level 10 potion can use level 2 or level 8 ingridients, but not level 14.

Oh, that makes a lot of sense. It also is a big relief because i was worried that only level 30 players could use level 30 potions

Also note that potions crafted with higher-level materials have a much higher base duration.

I’m pretty sure that is the case.
