    Favorite Quest: King's Recruit

Kings Recruit is my favorite quest because it was the start of our adventure. Without it we would never have any other quests. It made us meet the "Legendary" Aledar (aka Aledar Cart) and Tasim which would later become our greatest foe when doing AHC ( A Hunters Calling) and our allies in AJB and AJF(A Journey Beyond and A Journey Further). We also make friends with the legendary caravan driver who always crashed in the exact same place when he is carrying recruits from Fruma. This just shows that this small quest that we were able to skip ended up linking the beginning and end of the game together. Not only does it link up to the quest which completes the Silent Expanse but it sets up the story for other quests. This is evident when Tasim quotes on our “amnesia”, that we remember nothing from Fruma. This leads up to the quest “Recover the Past”. It sets up the base standard of the lore which is an interesting part of wynncraft.

It is also done not only by new players, but also by the returning players as well as by everyone when a new update comes out(for example the 1.18 economy update). The reason that they do it is because it teaches everyone about the new features which have come out that are game changing. This makes it my favourite quest as it explains the basics of new features but not making it too boring. Furthermore as the first quest you do it is unique. There is no quest like it and there will never be a quest like it. As you level up you start to see a pattern in quests. Usually it is get items or go to this location talk to someone or simply kill a boss. If you look deep enough into the tutorial you can see these aspects, but they are so greatly camouflaged by the NPCs and introduction to the game that you do not even notice them until you look back.

As I briefly mentioned before, this quest is skippable. This is one of the features of this quest that makes it unique (as well as it being the only quest you MUST complete once). This unique feature makes this quest one of my favourites as it allows me to skip the quest if I want to speedrun the game or if I do not want to do the tutorial again as I already know everything.

Another thing that makes this my favourite quest is the ability of leveling up everything. Both professions and combat level. In the tutorial there is an unlimited supply of tools and you can harvest many resources. You can even level up some of your crafting (woodworking and weaponsmithing). At the same time you can level up your combat level through the variety of peaceful mobs you encounter such as grooks or cows or wild boars, and in the cave there are the undead which give more xp.

This quest has been changed multiple of times so each time I have done it, it has been a unique experience which has grabbed my attention and drawn me further into the game. With each major update it gets more and more interactive and that it what I like, an interactive quest which evolves along with the game. Being a quest intended to be done by beginners or returners one would expect the quest to be boring as it is meant to ease new players into the game without scaring them away with the complicated mechanics. However this is not the case. The interactivity manages to make the complicated mechanics seem simple and easy.

It is also my favourite quest as at the end we all look back at the very beginning where we started. This startis the tutorial area and the quest. It manages to bring back all the memories from the beginning. Nostalgia itself, the image of the old times. It allows us to remember the happy old times where we knew nothing about the game and the whole world was there to explore.

Favourite quest would have to be A journey further. This is mainly because of the story of the quest, you and Aledar are the only ones remaining from the creatures of the silent expanse leaving you and Aledar to fight for yourselves, and even Aledar gets a real battering from being so injured he has to be hauled in a cart to losing his soul temporarily in the toxic wastelands. Other things to note the new iconic parkour style which makes it more challenging and not a boring quest which can speedrun in 5 minutes or a walk in the park you can do blindfolded. and finally the end where you and Aledar travel this far only to have him sacrificed at the end for your own benefit in the future and to think you come that way just to lose the squad you've teamed up with to reach the Eldritch Outlook is upsetting in some way.

Aldorei's Secret. Well... I love the fact that you get to choose if you want to help Aldorei Village or you are just greedy like the Villagers and only care about Emeralds. Because of this Questline I also designed my minecraft avatar to be an Elf.
    Very cool.

Reminder that the winner is chosen by the QUALITY of the response. This doesn't necessarily mean you have to write an essay, but simply having more than 1 sentence would boost your chances of winning substantially.

Feel free to edit your response by January 19th if needed.

I know this was already said, but I loved hunter's calling because it gave you a chance to experience what would have happened if you were made as a peon to help Bak'al destroy the cities or collapse it somehow.
If I can't do hunter's calling then Dwarves and Doguns questline because it was cool how you could stop the spread of communist propaganda XD.

My favorite quest is Order of the Grook because of the Harry Potter reference, as well as(sort of) teaching about some major aspects of the game, and then of course the teleport room thing and the free fabled.

Ehem: A Hunter's Calling really was the quest I've been looking for. I've had so much nostalgia packed in this game from my countless hours in it, and seeing a quest bringing me back to those moments in the earlier quests and discoveries filled me with so much joy. I know, its a new quest and I should give it time, but I do believe that, for being the longest quest in Wynn it stands up for what its worth. It's so well thought out, making you see how the world could be different if you were the bad guy. It goes through so much story, which is something that I love to see in Wynn, and not just tucked behind some random rock in the ocean on a sign, but actual dialogue, cut scenes, and it allows you to immerse in what could've been. To top it all off (spoiler alert):
The final battle with Aledar and Tasim, the two people you first met (excluding the driver of the carriage or whatever) is such an amazing end to the Wynn saga, that it put such a smile on my face to see this guy in his full power. It was nice to see him in the SE quests, but it took this final moment with him to truly spark that moment where I told myself "This, this! Is what I wanted"
I just want more quests like this, well thought out, fun, and truly story driven. I love how Wynn is doing more of that. It amazes me how much Wynn has evolved, and this quest, THIS QUEST, is what truly shows us all how far this tiny minecraft server has gone. Truly an amazing quest

Am I the only one here who likes a journey beyond quest line, because it is the only quest I have done in time that was about expanded area, which I was too late for many province/area.
Also ... aledar cart is kinda fun
