Fruma Is In Development

Its gonna be there because there are literally two guards named "Fruman Guard"(or something like that) that tell you,"You cannot enter Fruma, the land behind this door"

 

Is Fruma not already getting built? I mean, it takes time to build a whole province

maybe not everything but some landscapes, some general city plots?

 

I actually never noticed that they were always there, I made this thread because they looked new to me. There's still the possibility that this was the beginnings for fruma when they decided to do the Silent Expanse instead

 

Uhh, pal, 1.18 was the expected Silent Expanse date, but Grian said it was delayed

 

It's Imperial Guard and the guard tells you that by order of the monarch, you can't enter this place or they'll screw you up
