As the title says, I’m wondering if there is a way to tell which texture you’re going to get for a crafted weapon when crafting.

It seems very random which texture for a weapon you’re getting. If you were to put air dmg ingredients and powders on a weapon you’re crafting, theres a good chance to get a weapon with a thunder skin.

Does anybody know the system that is used to decide a weapon texture?

Could you provide an example recipe for the scenario you stated? At least one of those ingredients you used is probably associated with Thunder somehow.

I'm not sure how exactly the system picks between the different elements that ingredients are associated with, but I know it has to do with the ingredients, at least.

For example, I made this: https://wynndata.tk/cr/170337404 and got a water relik skin, because the spell damage-focused Pure Quartz was associated with water. I'm not sure why the Pure Quartz got priority over the Enraged Soul (since there are 3 of each and they are of the same rarity), so perhaps it has to do with the level of each ingredient as well?

I think I used ingredients which gave both air damage and loot bonus. What I’m asking is if there is a priority for what ids dictate the weapon skin selection.

You also made a good point about the rarity, i need to test that too.
