Ele defs dont actually matters so thats why rainbow builds sucks ass
Change summa to rune of safe passage if you feeling a little bit glassy

 

i've tried it tbh, and having no agility at all makes it really week

https://wynndata.tk/s/4sfke6 tried to achieve the same thing but with defense to fall back on, a loss of 4k dmg for 60-70 def is well worth in my opinion
