Got Spawn Camped In Cinfras While Afk

I don't know which thread I should post this on so I apologize if this is a mistake. I went AFK in cinfras on my level 76 shaman, a stupid thing to do I know, and returned to find my soulpoints gone and my items nowhere to be seen. Went into the bank and found a person named Fluffycloudbunny just chilling while in their enderchest. Messaged them and got no response. Then I scrolled up in chat to find any evidence and found this guy named LoganBlahTimes2, who gave me a speed boost during my deaths. Couldn't learn anything else other than the fact that I got killed by a Gurui fighter, which is a mob than spawns in the river underneath the guild hall. Pretty close by mob, but impossible to get to me without intentionally dragging them to Cinfras. If there's any way that I could get my things back, that would be great. Here are the items that I had:
Cold Integrity (Legendary Relik lvl 74, I had pretty high +water damage on it)
The Forgery (Legendary Helmet lvl 74)
Psychomend Vest (Rare chestplate from Shattered Minds)
Ectoplasm (Rare leggings lvl 63)
Passus Lux (Legendary Boots lvl 73).
Warmth (Unique Ring lvl 10, had +3 Defense)

If a moderator can check this FluffyBunnyCloud or even LoganBlahTimes2's enderchests or inventory to find these items, that would be greatly appreciated. Other than that, I don't know how to get these items back or the culprit. If LoganBlahTimes2 is to be believed, then the Gurui Fighter killed me, which basically tells me that it was intentional.

 

Sadly, there are no refunds allowed on the server. Ik ik, it sucks, but there's nothing we can do, its really easy to fake this stuff so most servers just don't bother. Good luck getting your items back, perhaps someone is nice enough to donate

 

This belongs in the player reports section (https://forums.wynncraft.com/forums/player-reports.83/) if you truly believe it was a result of breaking rule #11. However, as Nitro stated, there is a strict no refund policy and you sadly can't get your items back.

 

cinfras is a really unsafe town, I've had multiple experiences with friendly clowns from the nearby area come and attack me while doing shopping stuff. I doubt any of these people intentionally killed you, especially since the enemy spawns nearby. as for checking their enderchests, I don't think mods do that often unless there's been a dupe glitch or illegal activity, and since this is a common occurrence I don't think it'd warrant doing that.

If it was due to another player, and he has proof of them being his items, then they can make him return them if he still has them.
Unless the rules have changed for that recently.

 

Well, it's not like someone was giving him speed boost while he was dying.

 

archers speed boost is AOE, it's perfectly believable that he used it for his own benefit. he could've been dying, but I don't believe not saving dying players falls under deliberately killing them, and since that was before the first death we saw, it could've been before any enemies came to attack

 

How would another player have gotten his items? When you die, they merely yeet out of this dimension and are gone forever. Unless he's in hunted mode/hunted class?
