Build Build Portfolio (wip)

i was supposed to submit my cmd app today, but the world got corrupted for some very odd reason, which wiped all my work on it. now, i guess i'll just have to apply for builder. if you have any constructive criticism or compliments, please let me know, but i would very much appreciate it if you can judge whether or not my work is acceptable to the ct.

the first picture is nice. at that angle i cant make out too much but i like it. one thing you could do to improve it would be to remove the armour stand, although it adds a nice small detail, it isn't really wynncraft style.
The second picture is amazing. it is completely in the style, with a perfect balance of colour and detail. All you could really do is add a small road / path, but it really is brilliant.
Third... although i like the building itself, looking at it fells like there is something missing.... maybe you could add some signs over the stripped wooden blocks to add a bit of depth?
The fourth is also really good. My only comment is about how the floor looks a bit too plain in comparison to the detail around it. Try replacing some of the blocks with slabs and stairs.
The last picture also looks really nice. again, the only issue is the armour stand, which really doesn't fit with the wynncraft style but yet again some superb work!

Only one build? Sorry if there was more than one. I am using mobile mode which makes everything weird

 

There are three builds. First one is a gate, two flags on top and some wooden supports.
The second one, is a rock with bushes.
The third one, you'll like this one, it's a tower with a flag on top and some wooden support.
There is also a imgur link with a clean ass house.

 

I don't think these three builds are going to be enough. Good luck with your application.

 

In general, three images are not a lot for a portfolio in a build application. Skill level wise I would say you have good chances if you apply for the content team, I would advise you build at least 3 more different builds though and make pictures of those to put in your portfolio.

 

Well, you're better than me lol.

I would say that if you're going for a more medieval look, try throwing in some random blocks to break it up a bit. The main thing I noticed is that you tend to do a whole wall in the same block, so it's all the same texture etc. Maybe try using something that's the same color, but a different texture here and there. Just an idea.

 

I have always liked towers and medieval stuff looks great!
