bruh that time rift nerf is overkill
you add higher requirements - understandable
but then you do 2 things , give it negative mana regen AND remove the intl sp bonus
this is supposed to be an item meant for a spell spam build so why defeat the purpose by making it shit for spell spamming

In my opinion you should nerf it by -
making the % spell damage half of what it is now
upping int reqs to 100
that will be enough to make it balanced and still viable

 

my man for a pure spell build it's still strong as fuck but needs more building towards for, which i find very much worth the 78% spell and spell-related major id
with 105 int it's easy af to get way enough mana regen to counter the negative from it

with the new hive weaponry and memento changes this actually has 2 less mana regen, but it still doesnt cause an issue with spell casting. if you own a mythic such as spring with high mana regen youre absolutely golden
i can also see this working really well for hybrids as well by using abyss-imbued but i feel like ive gone far enough with this post already.

Ttide kinda bad, hive water better imo although it did get buffed so idk

 

well, Big Arm not having a 2nd powder slot really dampens its practicality in melee...

I've actually messed around with feedback did it get buffed? I've personally not found it absolutely amazing but good for a unique.

Got buffed if used carefully. Though only very slightly.

 

So more that you can spam stack raw spell and actually have to use braincells to make the build then?
