Disagreed. A child mind is more malleable and subject to change. Unlike an adult, we can easily successfully rehab a child.
This entire sentence doesn't sound gramatacally correct to me. :T

But at this age, children can tell between right and wrong. The main reason why I brought this up is because of the recent case of a 13-year old boy stabbing a college student, who was involved in a gang. Gangs exploit this and intentionally let the younger ones kill, because they know that they won’t be tried as adults.
