Bibliotek and Thousand Waves are nice, straightforward options. Just as a starting point. I plan on using Thousand Waves for quite a while, possibly through endgame if I'm lazy enough.

Dual wield a sage for more xp. Powders really don’t do a lot for nepta so just use t4 or t3s if you don’t rly want to waste too much money and you aren’t planning to use a nepta endgame
