I have a slight feeling those big observers in fallen ohmic city with 400k hp drop something, but I haven't been able to get any. It is possible to kill them if you have some insane dps before they teleport away.

 

Unlikely, they are probably just to scare you and make that bit of AJB scarier, based on where and how they spawn.

 

I can confirm that they don’t drop anything, I have killed some on my archer and I got 1 emerald from them. So no, they don’t have anything :(

Blinders isn't a rare mob, added Blinders to Engore Oculus

 

Blinders is different from Blinder. The former is rarer.

• Cataratite drops from Blinder as well.
• Vim Veins drops from Face of Fear
  
• Blinders drop everything Blinder has with a much higher drop rate.

 

Can confirm insanity star drops from the crystal of insanity, farmed about 10mins there for the rare void mob thingy
