Any Class Atlas Inc Build Aid

Anyone got a good nepta floodbringer build? Is it still viable in 1.19 or is there a better wand with the same type of playstyle that's stronger or funner etc, no mythtics, preferably good mr and health or defence. >11k meteors?

Actually on second thought, maybe 2.5 per sec is too much

updated to 2 aura per sec for eye boss deletion
for general purposes like glow bulb cave grinding, take 1.5 per sec

with a rate of 2 spells per second, cycling through aura-aura-aura-uproot for 6 mana per cycle, and your specific Lower, you should be spending 12 mana per 4 seconds. i overmana'd to compensate for misinputs/lag/other anomalies. for the totem mana, you have super slow melee whacks to recover the drained mana.

also lmk if you were looking for higher damage, feel like i messed up the damage boosting

Aqua lost the spell damage. so maybe stillwater blue?
oh and maybe use earth for lower since it fully converts neutral?

unlimited budget huh

stillwater is fine, but i'd say 3mr is worth more than 15% water dam.
3 waters also fully convert the neutral as the natural earth conversion handles the missing 4%, which doesnt really matter anyway

 

playstyle: Loot bonus focused semi spell build
preferences: High loot bonus while having decent dmg and survivability to survive SE mini bosses
restrictions: Use disco, preferably have high agi, using mythic bows is fine, I have access to freedom, spring and gma. No mythic boots
class: Archer

assuming youre using this for loot grinding. -hpr is countered by an occasional quake, whenever not in combat just dont hold gma

 

Im using it to lootrun actually, Im thinking of replacing the helm with the forgery and the pants with a jera

I want to finish eldritch outlook but apparently The Eye has water def so I don't think my nepta build will work very well, so I need a non-water/air build so I don't get fucked by ele defs...

 

oh well in that case you could use your spring for better spell potential and tankiness (yep no damage, but wont need it when lootrunning huh)

ok how about fire then, though my warp build beat the eye with slight effort as the guys who came to powerscale the boss just died off at stage 2

 

Is the wand peaceful rest? (not too familiar with endgame wands)

Well the thing is, i need damage, but not that much. Most of the chests in SE require you to kill certain mobs or even a miniboss. So I was thinking a good lb set with the ability to tank a bit and arrow storm abuse
