Guide Neat Shaman Weapons

Quick list of what I expect to be among the leading Shaman weapons, just from cursory analysis. You can see most of these on the market, except for untradables of course.

Infused Hive Relik - exists. Standard.
Lower - last we've seen it gives +3 to +14 totem cost, but -2 to -4 cost to all other spells, with 485-600 base damage, Slow, 3 slots (this is on the lower end but not terrible). I consider it pretty solidly the best spell nonmythic for shaman.
The Watched - EO reward. Quite strong rainbow weapon. The +5000 health bonus means you can use it well both offensively and defensively, especially now that Rainbow Sanc exists to provide an actual source of damage to rainbow weapons.
The End - Quite high base damage and nice lifesteal makes it competitive in fast melee and spell.
Cryoseism - Decent damage and some mana regen, plus -1 Aura cost, balanced by +1 Totem and Uproot cost (though a definite positive in cost modifiers imo). A straightforward option like Gaea-Hewn Water Sanc double Draoi Fair (plus whatever damage items) should be quite strong.
Inferna Flamewreath - Cost reduction of -1 on Aura and Totem combine for a lot of power if you can spam hard enough to use it, though at the cost of healing and health regen alongside relatively lower damage.
Conference Call - It's basically Black with lifesteal. You can also run it quite effectively with raw melee.
Arkhalis - gamer moment
Salpinx - Gets -49% Aura. Biggest problem is working around -7 mr +7 ms, but I still expect it to see significant use as the primary endgame air relik.
Procrastination - No tierstack or heavy melee potential but it's got +22 rainbow skill points and enough damage that even as a no slots neutral weapon it can keep up very well as a tankier spell option.
Silver Sound - I see some potential, with that -1 to -3 Aura Cost, to manage as a spell weapon despite -20 Int.

There's also a Thunder one called Question or something. I don't remember the name

 

It exists, but it's not that good.

Yeah, the 176% melee damage wasn't even super strong but would have kept it nicely competitive (and looked so cool).

 

The negative intelligence stunts spell too.
